Well, this week is fall break in the schools, so there has not been any ministry going on at the orphanage... But I have been staying in a village house sitting for friends while they are out of town working on getting their visas. So it’s me, two dogs, a guinea pig, a rabbit, and a kitten... I will be out here (that being a 30 min drive from my parents apartment in the city) for another two weeks. It's been nice to have a house to myself. I've done a lot of sitting outside in the lovely fall weather that has been so sunny this week. And I did some cooking... its funny how you can change your surroundings and the things you do change. In the city, it is like you are always doing something, going somewhere... the hustle and bustle... in the village however, I've sat outside, read my book, and cooked some yummy things... But it is a good reminder that sometimes, you just need to take moments to refresh your spirit. If you are always doing something; you forget to take time ...

The kids made trees to be reminded that God created the world and all the pretty trees and colors we see because he loves us!  God made me, and God loves me.  Please Pray for the 1st graders, that they will feel loved and know that above all God loves them!

So, as must of you know, I like to accomplish things. Tasks at hand, I like to get them done. Currently I have a few ideas that I would like to see happen. One being an after-school program at the Social Orphanage. The problem is, the monthly support I am receiving, is not enough to cover the cost of facilitating this program. God is great and he works through his people to bring glory to himself. I hope that you will find it in your heart to support Radical Feet and the ministry opportunities. I know a lot of my blog readers are young, and money is not always easy to come by, but every dollar can help make a difference! I know some of you are more seasoned in life, and there are a lot of other opportunities to give, my hope is that you will feel your heart tug, and want to be apart of God's movement here in Ukraine! I just wanted to share something with you today. In doing the Food/Poor Ministry with the church, we all get to meet interesting people. Some are beggars, some are old and live on a pension that is very small, and some dig in the trash to survive. I am new to the ministry, so I have not developed the personal relationships yet, but I get to witness everyone else. Today I met a beautiful lady who on the outside was dirty and poor, but her smile (missing teeth and all) was beautiful... And my parents have been talking to a man who again, on the outside all you see is a beggar with a bum leg, but on the inside is a nice man, who longs for someone to look him in the eyes. Today he asked for a Bible. All these people want is conversation, love and some respect. Someone to listen to their stories, someone to care.But more importantly, they need to Jesus in us. I can not believe how fast time flies... It does not seem like I have already been in Ukraine for one month. But the good news is, I feel adjusted and settled in, and am excited for what God is doing and all the things that are in store for me. Please continue to pray for me, and for clear direction. Pray for the kids that we will be working with at the Inter-knot... And for the things I am planning! But most importantly pray for revival here in L'viv! To God be the Glory first! Thursday Evening, Playing on the playground with the neighborhood kids.... My Brother:) Friday Night... Shabbat  and a friends birthday party! Mexican Food, yummy! Saturday...
