I need your help!

So, as must of you know, I like to accomplish things. Tasks at hand, I like to get them done.

Currently I have a few ideas that I would like to see happen. One being an after-school program at the Social Orphanage.

The problem is, the monthly support I am receiving, is not enough to cover the cost of facilitating this program.

God is great and he works through his people to bring glory to himself. I hope that you will find it in your heart to support Radical Feet and the ministry opportunities.

I know a lot of my blog readers are young, and money is not always easy to come by, but every dollar can help make a difference!

I know some of you are more seasoned in life, and there are a lot of other opportunities to give, my hope is that you will feel your heart tug, and want to be apart of God's movement here in Ukraine!

My belief is that doing an after-school program will be the most efficient way to do Anti Human-Trafficking.

Kids need to have hope. They need to know that drugs and alcohol are not solutions to life's hardships. And false hopes offered in other countries (ie trafficking themselves) is not the solution either. Only God can provide hope, and someone needs to tell them.

I want to see change happen, and I hope you will join me!

And I want to say a special "thank you" to all of you who are already supporting me!

    Can you tell us more about your vision for the after-school program? How donated money would be used, etc.?

    My Vision is start at least once a week, offering an after-school program. The program would include a snack (more than cookies), as well as different hands on activities. It would have not only have a Spiritual focus, but a health focus too, such as not drinking, not smoking! Money would go toward supplies such as prizes for good behavior, food, handouts, translators and extra curricular activities. These kids have nothing special too look forward too,so even being able to have a pizza party would be a huge event for them and I would want the program to be something they not only learn from, but can be excited about!A chance for them to have a break from their harsh realities. And how it grows and develops is of course in God's hands!

    Is there anyway to make a donation online, specifically to your ministry not just to hands on missions?

    At this moment, there is not a way to specifically give to my ministry online. It is something I am working on, but may not be applicable till the new year. But Cash and Checks can be sent by mail. And as long as my name or the ministry name is marked with it, 100% will go to my account at Hands On Missions.

Serenity

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.  Today has been a bit of a struggle for me. I've been asking God why, which is never an encouraging way to spend the day. It all started with a little boy at the social orphanage. Last week, he was a little wild, so I just scooped him up, and held him in my lap, while Ed told the Bible Story. As we sat, this little boy just melted into my arms, sat quietly, and listened. So this week, as soon as I sat down in the classroom, he was climbing into my lap, and started to just talk to me.  He told me how everyone had gotten picked up this weekend and got to go home for the holiday Ukraine just celebrated. RIP

I  want to take the time to let you know how great Dr. K was. He has been a ministry partner with Hands on Missions for a really long time. His free medical clinic offered aid to thousand. He would make house calls (even to the missionaries in town) and give free medicine. Often he would visit our elderly neighbors, patiently listen to their every whim, as though he had all his day to offer sympathy. I left Ukraine for a couple years, and when I returned, I ran into Dr. K on the street. He genuinely took interest in how I was doing asking questions and encouraging me. Couple months ago my arm went numb and I was freaking out a little bit so I went to Dr. K for help. I was in pain and worried, and he looked at me and said, its okay, don't worry. And after a chiropractic session, I could feel my hand again.
