Signed. Sealed. Delivered.
SIGNED.
So, if you have been reading my blog, then you know that I have been apartment hunting for about a month now. I set a really low budget and all the apartments I saw, well, they all lacked something. Some places had no washing machine ( I don't know how many of you have ever had to wash you clothes by hand, but it gets old real fast, especially when you have to wash sheets, towels or jeans)... Or some of the places lacked a real toilet( having a squatty potty- again no joy in that either)... So I kept looking, trusting God would bring me to the right place... and I believe he did. This place was at the top of my budget range, but only $25 more than I had hoped my rent would be. And it is worth it! I have a real toilet and a washer!
Here are some pics, these are my before shots, I will post another round of pics once the place is cleaned, and I get moved in...

So you can see, compared to the squatty potty options I've posted before, this place is a gem! I signed the contract quickly on this one. This week, I've been working to get it cleaned, and get the internet hooked up. And the landlord is fixing the boiler, that gives the apartment hot water. So once everything gets accomplished, I will move all my stuff there.
Delivered.
To God be the Glory great things he has done! I mean seriously, God is great! And I KNOW for sure, that he will provide for my needs, and that as long as I pursue him, and put him first, he will hear my prayer, and give me the desires of my heart.
Thank you if you have been praying for me, and this whole process! Prayer is honestly something I fully do not understand, but I do know, the more people tell me they are praying for me, the more I see God moving and working! So please pray earnestly for me, and for the life I've been called to in Ukraine! For the people I work with, the children I minister too, and the friendships I develop! May God move, and may revival happen!
This Week Recap:
Easter in Ukraine is this Sunday, the 15th. So I am looking forward to celebrating the resurrection of my Savior!
This week in English Club, the theme was Easter. The World Race Team that is here, led, and they did a great job, presenting the real meaning of Easter, Jesus:)
At the Orphanage, we asked the kids if they knew what holiday was coming up, and they all exclaimed Easter! When then asked, so what are we celebrating? They all said, the Resurrection! In reply we asked, well what does that mean? --- blank stares--- So we were able to share that Easter is about what happened on the cross, Jesus died for the bad things we did, and he was buried for three days, and then he rose from the dead!
So that is the update for this week! Again, I hope you will be praying for me, specifically for this move to go smoothly, for my finances to continue to grow, and for God's protection and guidance in all that I do!
God Bless Friends,
Chelsey
