Birthday

Another birthday has arrived. I am now 22 and feeling a bit older, I guess. But I love my birthday, and I am happy that God continues to give me another year to live my life, in order to bring Him glory.
To celebrate today, my dad made me breakfast, chocolate chip pancakes-yum!

Then For lunch my family took me to McDonald's, a weird love I have had since I was little. Anytime any one gave me the choice for lunch, I always screamed MCDONALDS! No worries, I do not eat there often, but for special occasions it makes me very happy- must be all the carbs?
And then we went bowling. Again, I love going bowling. Not because I am any good, but I just really enjoy bowling. So that was a good way to start my birthday weekend- and yes, I get to say weekend, because I will be fully celebrating my birthday this weekend by having a few friends over- pictures to come...

Few other random facts about me:
- I love pickles, especially Pickle Relish.
- I can't stand for pictures to be uneven.
- When I was little I wanted to grow up to be a ballerina-cowgirl.
- My toes are double jointed
- At one point, I could out swim everyone in my age division in the state of NC.
- I love reading about spies and the cold war which may be why I attend the American Military University.
- I love to travel, but you may have already guessed that:)
So there you have it, my birthday post. Thought it would be a great opportunity to post something fun!
To come in the next posts:
- More pictures of my birthday weekend
- Post on what your donations this week bought
- And a post on an article I submitted for the HOM newsletter
So stay tuned, and thank you all for the birthday wishes! 2012 is going to be a great year!
Glad you felt special on your birthday! I love it when people who minister and give so much of their lives to Christ get ministered to as well!
